Karen and moonwalk entertainment made the day for me. I had an issue trying to rent something from a different company… And came up short… At the last minute Karen saved the day. We have partnered with moonwalk at our summer day camp for years!! They have always been so good to us, reliable, professional and quick to offer a deal or refund when bad weather hits. The kids love everything we order and always have a blast! Their products are safely designed and it’s reassuring knowing they are TSA approved. It’s great to have such a personal and friendly business like this one in our Barrie area. We love moonwalk!

They were very helpful and accommodating considering the current state of the world. Compassionate and understanding to our needs. Excellent quality and customer service. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend to anyone. Definitely using them again. MUST TRY organic cotton candy also!! Really down-to-earth fabulous people!

I contacted Moonwalk at 7 pm on a Saturday for a last minute water slide bouncer. The response was quick and I was able to secure my inflatable fun for the next day. Set up was fast and efficient and the kids enjoyed the day playing ! It was the perfect way to beat the heat - at pick up time I didn't have to do a thing- Moonwalk packed it all up and that was it! A super easy and affordable way to add fun to your staycation this summer.

Karen is one the most friendly people I've met. She was kind and very friendly to my daughters who were excited to get their faces painted when we were at tge HorseshoeValleyResort. She went out of the way to pay personnal attention and to make the kids feel special. Amazing service and highly recommend!

This past weekend I threw an outdoor 40th for my husband and moonwalk entertainment took very good care of us and made the outdoor ambience with the LED bar tables and LED pool balls! Thank you so much for bringing my vision to life!

We rented the Rip n' Slide & the foam machine for my son's 12th birthday party. My son and his friends absolutely loved it!! They had a blast sliding, playing and rolling around for two days on it. The foam took the fun to the next level. They danced in it, dived in it and sat in it!! Such an amazing experience, it was so much fun!! We were impressed by the set-up and quality of the inflatable. It was wiped down and very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be renting again!! Thanks Karen and hubby. :)

Karen is so patient and great to work with! She knows her equipment inside and out, and offers exceptional customer service. The variety of rentals she has available makes party planning so much easier; she's a one-stop-shop! I'm always excited to see what new and unique pieces she adds to her collection.
